LAYOUT
The
Plant layout basically consists of Sinitators (scraped surface heat
exchangers) and Crystallizers, interspersed with piping and end
connections.
Sinitators
technology pioneered continuous and controlled shortening and
margarine production replacing conventional technology. Sinitators
have also revolutionized the food & food processing industry
by raising productivity, lowering production costs and delivering
more uniform end products. Their advantages lie in reduced labour
costs, superior heat transfer performances and ability to handle
a wide range of viscosities.
The
versatility in applications has made the Sinitators a much sought
after equipment for
Crystallizer
is an equipment designed to allow nuclei and crystals to grow,
depending upon the type and size of crystal formation required.
The
plant output is 1200 Kgs. of final product per hour i.e., 24 metric
tonnes per day, based on 20 hrs operation amounting to a monthly
production of 600 metric to 600 metric tonnes. Sinitators system
can be furnished for various capacity requirements for Bakery
Shortening, Lard, Margarine as well as Puff Pastry formulations.
All systems are easy to install and can be furnished as a pre
piped skid mounted equipment or as individual components.
